Yes, genuinely built by AI, pointed at your business by someone who's been doing this for twenty years. Generic is what happens when nobody directs it. Every site starts from your questionnaire rather than a template, and I look at all of them before you do.

Straight answer. The free preview is your new homepage design, built properly, so you can see what about 80% done looks like for your business. Once you're a client, we build out the rest, every page, the SEO structure, the content, and put the whole thing together. Put simply, we're not doing a week of work for someone who might disappear on us, and you're not paying a penny to find out if we're any good. The homepage is a very good taster. The finished site is the meal.
If it's a change to a page you've already got, it's included. New prices, new times, new photos, a job you've started doing, a bloke who's left. Email it and it's usually done the same day. New pages and new features are the other kind, and those get a price in writing before we touch anything.
Not unless you buy it, and we'd rather be straight about that. Your domain, your content, your photos and your reviews are yours throughout. The design and the build are ours, and the £79 covers keeping it hosted, maintained, updated and measured. The twelve-month minimum is how the build cost gets recovered, because you paid nothing to start. If you want the design outright, there's a one-off buyout on the pricing page.
We'll connect the domain you've already got, and it stays registered in your name. If you haven't got one we'll register it for you, in your name. Business email set up too, if you want it. You won't have to log into anything.
Three things, none of them meetings. The questionnaire, which takes about twenty minutes at whatever time of night suits you. Your photos, if they aren't already on a website we can take them from. Then a quick note on each round of changes about what you like and what you don't. Everything else is ours.
