Kent.design (a trading name of Palmer Marketing Ltd) designs, builds and manages websites on a monthly subscription: £99/month including hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance and small edits (fair use — small edits means text, image and minor layout changes, not new features or redesigns).
Demos are free and carry no obligation. Demo designs remain our property unless you become a client.
Because there's nothing to pay upfront, the subscription has a 12-month minimum term. After that it continues monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Your domain, your content, your images and your reviews are yours, always. The website design and build remain ours while you subscribe. A buyout option to own the site outright is available at any time — ask for the current price.
Cancel after the minimum term and we'll hand over your domain and export your content. We'll be helpful about it — the no-hostage promise is a promise.
Monthly by Direct Debit. If payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, the site may be suspended until it's brought up to date.
