Your booking system gets connected if you use one, and we'll set up your domain and business email if you haven't got them. £79 plus VAT, £0 upfront, and no invoice at the end of the build, because there is no build invoice. Online shops and custom platforms aren't £79 territory; we'll work out what you need and quote it in writing before anything starts.

Ten written pages are worked into the build cost, and that's roughly what a normal small business needs. Home, your services, the towns you cover, about, contact. If you need more than ten there's a small one-off fee per extra page to cover our time, and the monthly stays £79.

No. The first twelve months pay off your website. After that it's yours, and the £79 is for hosting, security, updates and unlimited edits. Most people keep it because it's less hassle than doing it themselves, but you can take the website elsewhere any time after month twelve with 30 days' notice.

Email it and it's usually done the same day. New pages and new features are the other kind, and those get a price in writing before we touch anything.

No catch, but let's be precise about what it is. We build your new homepage properly and send it to you, so you can see roughly what 80% done looks like for your business. The rest of the pages, the content and the SEO build-out happen once you're on board. Put simply, we're not doing a week of work for someone who might disappear on us, and you're not paying a penny to find out if we're any good. The homepage is the taster. The finished site is the meal.

No. £79 a month plus VAT covers everything a normal business website needs, booking integration included, and there's nothing to pay before it goes live. The only extras are the bigger things you ask for on top, like local SEO or a custom feature, and those are priced in writing before we start.

Kent.design is for owners who want the site winning them work without handing over thousands for it. Your free homepage preview arrives within 48 hours of you saying hello. Say yes and we build the rest, run your rounds of changes, connect your domain and launch. Most sites are live within a week or two, and nothing goes live until you've said yes to it.

Very little, and none of it meetings. Two minutes to say hello. If you say yes, one short questionnaire so the full site covers everything you do, plus your photos if they aren't already online. Then a quick note on each round of changes about what you like and what you don't, so the site ends up exactly how you want it. That's the lot.

Only once you've said yes. Your free preview is built from what's already out there about your business: your website, your Google listing, your reviews. After you sign up, one short questionnaire fills in what the full site needs. Every service, every town, the jobs you want more of. It does the job the meetings used to do.

Only if you want to. The whole thing is built to run without calls. Your preview does the talking and revisions happen by message, usually the same day. If something genuinely needs a conversation we'll ring you, but we won't take an hour of your week for a meeting that could have been three questions.

Say so and we'll change it. Your van on the homepage, different wording, a colour you can't stand. Revisions are included and usually turned round the same day, and nothing goes live until you've looked at it and said yes. If it's still not right, you walk away having paid nothing.

It helps a lot. Websites with real photos of real people doing real jobs sell better than stock ever does. If your photos are already on an existing website we'll take them from there. If you haven't got any, or you'd rather not use them, we can build the site without.

They're websites we built for made-up businesses, to show what we can do across different trades. Clients find them useful as a taste test. Point at what you like across a few of them and we'll have a rough idea of where your taste sits before we build yours.

Then you shouldn't pay for it. The preview costs nothing, so if it's not for you, say so and that's the end of it. If the full build still isn't right after your rounds of changes, we'll refund what you've paid on the £79 brochure package and part ways. The model only works if the site is worth obviously more than the fee.

You won't need to. Small edits are included and done the same day, which is faster than learning a dashboard. There's nothing for you to log into, break or update.

The design and the build become yours once the first twelve months are paid, because those months are what pay for them. From then on the £79 covers hosting, maintenance, updates and edits, and the website is yours whether you stay or go.

After the first twelve months, cancel whenever you like with 30 days' notice. The website is yours, so we hand over the site itself along with your domain, content, images and reviews, and help your next host get it running. We call it the no-hostage promise.

You can. Pay the months left on your first year and the website is yours to take, handed over the same way. No exit fee on top, and nothing held over you.

It's registered in your name from day one, whoever manages it. It can never be held over you — by us or anyone else.
